Send Praise to people in Microsoft Teams

Send acclaim to your employees and coworkers with Praise. Deliver in a chat, or for wider recognition, send it in a channel conversation.

To praise someone on your team:

  1. Select Chat  in Teams.

  2. Open the chat conversation with the person you want to praise.

  3. Select Actions and apps   > Praise in the chat compose box.

  4. Select a desired title.

  5. Add an optional note of up to 500 characters.

  6. Select Preview.

  7. Once it's ready to go, select Send.
